- Driver’s License.
- Visa Documents if applicable.
- Sales Contract for the Purchase of a new home
- Recent 2 Pay Stubs.
- W-2 for the past two years to verify income.
- Copies of Checking and Savings accounts
- Evidence of any other assets such as bonds, stocks, or money saved in retirement programs (i.e. 401k or 403b program)
- Homeowner’s Association information with contact details if applicable.
- Verification of Employment.
